Get involved with JYDA, the Jewish Youth Director Association. A professional development group for Conservative Jewish youth directors and advisors, JYDA offers conventions, workshops, job placement and guidance and a connection to a large network of Jewish educators.
In 2018, USY launched the Chapter Engagement and Innovation Grant to encourage groundbreaking programming and innovation within USY chapters. USY distributed $25,000 in grants, with awards ranging from $1,000-$3,000, to 12 chapters around the country to support their individual needs, from one-off programming to additional staff support.
