Editorial Note: USY on Wheels has already hit the road. Follow the adventure here

Summer is officially underway, and USY teens from across North America are embarking on journeys filled with adventure, personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful Jewish connection.

Leading the way is USY on Wheels, which hits the road this week with an exciting new format. For the first time, participants can choose from multiple travel options, including a full cross-country experience or joining for specific segments of the journey. As they travel across North America, teens will explore iconic destinations, engage in service opportunities, celebrate Shabbat in communities across the continent, and create lifelong friendships while discovering what it means to live Jewishly on the road.

Meanwhile, YUVAL Yisrael and Poland are already off to a fantastic start. Participants are immersing themselves in Jewish history, culture, and peoplehood as they explore Poland and Israel together. Through powerful educational experiences, meaningful reflection, and unforgettable moments, teens are strengthening their connection to the Jewish story and their place within it.

Later this summer, IMPACT: Dominican Republic will depart for an experience centered on service, leadership, and global citizenship. Participants will spend their mornings working with local children through educational and recreational programming and their afternoons exploring the rich culture and natural beauty of the Dominican Republic. Through hands-on volunteerism and cultural exchange, teens will witness the impact they can make while learning from the communities they serve.

Across all of our summer experiences, USYers are building confidence, deepening friendships, exploring their Jewish identities, and creating memories that will last far beyond the summer months.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there. Planning is already underway for an incredible 2026–2027 program year filled with conventions, leadership opportunities, immersive travel experiences, and more.
