Full cancellation before September 22nd.
$75 cancellation fee between September 23rd – October 31st.
No refunds after October 31st
On top of our cancellation policy, we also offer a third party illness protection insurance plan (similar to flight insurance) called purchase protection. Purchase protection is available to purchase through our registration system for a small fee and provides a full refund if the participant is not able to attend due to illness.
We will be providing various forms of transportation for this convention so please make sure to look at all of the options.
We will be providing bus transportation from the NY/NJ and Boston areas as well as shuttle transportation from the Springfield, MA Amtrak Station. Please see below for locations and approximate drop-off and pick up times.
For those who are flying into Connecticut on Friday, November 15th and departing on Sunday November 17th, we will provide transportation to Ramah Palmer from Bradley International Airport (BDL). You must land at BDL before 11:30am on Friday, November 15th and depart from BDL after 4:30pm on Sunday November 17th.
Bus pick up will be at Midway Jewish Center in Syosset, NY, and also at Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston, NJ
