• Additional $100 discount for all REB & IEB members who register by 6/30 
• An automatic $100 travel subsidy will be apply to anyone who needs to fly

Cost should not be an obstacle, generous scholarships are available to all on top of the discounted price and travel subsidy

Price includes all lodging, meals, activities, staff, bus shuttle service from the airport, and more

Full cancellation before Aug 8th

$75 cancellation fee between Aug 8th – Aug 22nd

No refunds after August 22nd

On top of our cancellation policy, we also offer a third party illness protection insurance plan (similar to flight insurance) called purchase protection.  Purchase protection is available to purchase through our registration system for a small fee and provides a full refund if the participant is not able to attend due to illness.

For those who are arriving into Minneapolis, MN from outside the Twin Cities on Friday, September 6th and departing on Sunday, September 8th, we will provide transportation to Camp Friendship from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. You must land at MSP before 1:30pm on Friday, September 6th and depart from MSP after 3:30pm on Sunday, September 8th. 

For those who live locally in the Minneapolis area, we will have a local bus drop off that will depart at appx 2:30pm on Friday and drop off on Sunday around 1:30pm. Those who live locally may drop off and pick up teens at convention. Convention will take place from 4:00pm on Friday September 6th until 12:00pm on Sunday September 8th.
