1997 - David Ben Gurion, 100 Years
According to Israel's first Prime Minister, David Ben Gurion, "The vision of the people established the State, but the State has not yet fulfilled the vision of the people."

David Ben Gurion truly believed that the Land of Israel belongs to the entire people, and that it must remain so until the end of time... He was convinced that it is within our power to achieve the impossible and to turn the desert into a Garden of Eden.

We are still at the beginning... Yet, it has already been proven that things which once seemed to be a dream have become reality. The cities and the settlements, the millions of trees, the forests and the parks which exist in our county - they are the proof of what we can achieve.
