Famous Moments/Israeli History Briefs
USYers from the region will write brief summaries (2-4 paragraphs) on famous
moments in Israeli History. Regions will be responsible for writing eight
(8) briefs (all on different events). They may be submitted on any date but
at least one must be submitted a month. Any USYer may do up to three (3) briefs.
Extras will be awarded additional Shekalim. For suggestions on events to write
about, check with the IA IGB or USY IA VP.
Israel Collages
Very similar to the scrapbook idea but able to be done without having collected things in Israel. Collages may be done on the computer or pasted. Pages may be themed as well. At least 12 collages must be done. If a chapter does a joint collage it will count as up to three (3) collages depending on the region. Extras will be awarded additional Shekalim.
If you have questions about any of these challenges or need more suggestions, email
