USY Israel Challenge

CRUSY - Regional Challenges:

  1. Israel Scrapbook Challenge
Regions will put together a scrapbook of different things from Israel. The scrapbook may contain anything from empty snack bags to stickers, pictures to clippings. The scrapbook must have at least ten (10) pages. Images may repeat. Pages can be themed: music, sports, food, places, cities, etc. Extras will be awarded additional Shekalim.
  2. Designing a New "El Al" Blanket
Everyone's favorite thing about flying to Israel is taking the El Al Blanket at the end their flight. Now that everyone has the same blanket, El Al is looking for a new design for their blanket. Regions must create five (5) new blankets for El Al. Blankets must be approximately 5' x 3'6" of cloth. Creativity will earn extra Shekalim. Extra blankets are allowed for extra Shekalim, too. It is also suggested to auction or donate these blankets for Tikkun Olam. Blankets will be judged at International Convention.

If you have questions about any of these challenges or need more suggestions, email Aaron Jacobs, Israel Challenge Chair.
