M.D.A. Volunteer Ambulance Program

- Description:
Save a Life, Define Your Own - Volunteer for two months in the Israeli Ambulance Corps in the
heart of Israel's cities. The program, including the training course and the volunteer period
runs for a period of 6-8 weeks and is offered several times a year. On completion of the program,
participants receive certification as "Certified First Responders" from Magen David Adom.

"Relentless"

Ishmael Khaldi

Israeli Bedouin born and raised in the Galilee of Israel. Ishmael speaks about his family, his
upbringing and his adult life in the Jewish state. While Israel is constantly attacked for being
racist towards non-Jews, Ishmael describes the many advantages minorities in Israel enjoy

Caravan for Democracy in cooperation with ASU Hillel brings Dr. Ephraim Sneh to Arizona State
University. Dr. Ephraim Sneh, leading member of the Israeli Kennest, former Minister of
Transportation and Former Chair of the Kenneset Committee on Defense, Planning, and Police will
address students, faculty, and press at ASU's Israel Fair during the afternoon. During the
evening he will offer a lecture to the entire campus community and answer questions from the
audience.

As an Israeli Historian and an ordained Rabbi, Ken Spiro speaks on a number of topics, including
the roots of the Arab/Muslim conflict with the Western world, anti-Semitism and Jewish and
Israeli history. Spiro just published his most recent book entitled "WorldPerfect", based on the
multi-media seminar he created and teaches, which examines the Jewish impact on world history.
