Command Meanings

On the listserv subscribing/options page, you have a large number of options. This is what they all mean.

  • Subscribe - Exactly what it says.
  • Unsubscribe - Exactly what it says.
  • Turn Digest Mode on - You will get ONE e-mail every day with all the emails that were sent over the listserv inside, rather than getting them all separately.
  • Turn Digest Mode off - Go back to getting all the mail separately.
  • Turn Mail Mode on - Get mail in the first place.
  • Turn Mail Mode off - You will temporarily get no mail at all, until you turn mail back on again. You're still subscribed to the listserv, you just don't get any mail.
