Bus B woke up still in a great mood after their Talent Show last night! Their days today began with shacharit and learning more of the Amidah blessings. Then, they continued their day by going to The ARK. This organization provides social, medical, and all other kinds of care for Jewish families in the Chicago area. The Wheelniks learned a lot about it and enjoyed their experience there. Then in the evening, the group played Whirly Ball, a super fun game combining bumper cars, lacrosse, and basketball. It’s an exhilarating game and the Wheelniks will never forget it!

This morning, Bus B davened shacharit together and learned a Shabbat song to sing in the evening. Then, they continued their day by going to the Museum of Science and Industry. This museum is extremely interactive and the Wheelniks loved it! After that, they settled into their hotel and welcomed their final Shabbat together as a group.

Bus B had a wonderful and exciting Thursday! They davened shacharit in the morning and then hit the road for Chicago! When they arrived, the group ate at the delicious Ken’s Diner and then had some free time at Navy Pier to walk and shop around. Later, they went on Seadogs boat ride for a beautiful river view. Later on in the evening, the group went back to their host Shul for dinner and free time. Finally, the group went back to their host homes to rest up for another busy and exciting day.

The group begun their morning with a final visit to the Kotel, where they davened a spiritual shacharit and spent some time reflecting over their past few weeks here. They then visited the beautiful and modern Mamilla Mall, enjoyed Ben Yehuda Street, and did some last minute shopping for delicious treats from the Machane Yehuda Shuk. They also visited a very cool arts and crafts market before returning to the Fuchsberg Center to relax and prepare for the final Shabbat in Israel. This will be another meaningful Shabbat filled with beautiful singing, learning, davening, relaxing and lots of fun!

The group began their day reuniting at the synagogue after returning from their host homes. They davened shacharit next and learned all about the Shema. Their first stop today was to volunteer at Springs Preserve. They helped clean everything and getting rid of all of the trash. After that, they saw a desert animal survival show which was pretty awesome! Next, they had some free time on the Las Vegas strip and went to M&M world! The fun didn’t stop there though! They ventured to the Pinball Hall of Fame and had a lot of fun there! In the evening, they went to New York New York, an arcade adventure!

It was a great and busy day for Bus C, beginning with shacharit and learning the Amidah blessings. Then, the group hit some of the highlights of Atlanta, starting with a tour of CNN, where they witnessed behind the scenes action of the network. Then, they went to the Center for Puppetry Arts which proved to be an experience the Wheelniks will never forget! Later on, they went to the Coca-Cola factory, where they saw a short video on the history of Coca- Cola and saw how the product has developed over the years. And, of course, they got to try many different Coca-Cola products! Then, they headed to Centennial Park, and had some fun at Sky View Atlanta. This is an amazing brand new way to see Atlanta! It’s a combination of a Ferris wheel and gondola ride which allows you to see an overlook of the beautiful city. In the evening, the group finished off their awesome day at Sandy Springs Fun House playing lazer tag and other fun arcade games. Then it was time for bed to prepare for a great day tomorrow. This morning, Bus B davened a creative poetry shacharit together which was really nice! Then, they continued their day by eating breakfast, packing lunches, and heading to to Mt. Olympus Water Park where they spent the majority of their day. They were able to go on really fun water slides and swim around in many different areas of the park!. After that, they headed to Camp Chi for a BBQ dinner. They loved being outside to relax and continue learning in their sichot!
