Bus B had a great day today in Pennsylvania! They began with a rousing candy Shaharit service, which was enthusiastically led by two of their own. Later in the day, the group took a beautiful boat tour of the Susquehanna river. To end their day, the group met up at Hershey Park with all the other groups. There, they rode some awesome rollercoasters and hung out at all the cool sites of the park.
Bus B had a wonderful day in Ohio today! Once in Cleveland, Bus B stopped by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Inside they saw relics from Rock and Roll’s greats including Elvis, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen. After rocking out to some classic tunes, the group went to a kosher Subway restaurant for a delicious lunch. On their way to Harrisburg, the group stopped at an Alpaca farm, where they got to get up close and pet these wonderful creatures!
Before their last Shabbat together, Bus B visited the Windy City! Today, Bus B visited the Ark food pantry where they donated some of their extra snacks and food which will later be given to the hungry throughout Chicago. Afterwards the group had free time at Navy Pier, checked out the area and its shops, and to hung out on Lake Michigan. Finished there, the group did some Shabbat shopping to get gifts for their friends before spending a meaningful last Shabbat together.
Bus B got their day started on the right foot with the entertaining Amidah Cha-Cha slide during Shaharit. From there, the group enjoyed the performers and acts of the Circus World in Chicago, where they enjoyed, not only the circus, but also the magic shows. Later in the day, Bus B walked around Chicago, had a scrumptious dinner at kosher landmark, Ken’s Diner, and visited with the Israeli Scouts!
Today, Bus B headed eastward, toward Madison, Wisconsin. Their first stop was the Wisconsin Duck Tours. On the boat, they traveled on the Wisconsin River, seeing the beautiful sandstone bluffs while trying to stay dry. In keeping with that theme, the group visited a local water park, where they slid, splashed, and swam their way through the afternoon. The group will end their day at Camp Chi with a yummy dinner, campfire, and fun evening program.
