Relive your youth! Better yet, regain your youth on USY's Parent Israel Pilgrimage. For 13 days,
parents can experience Israel in the same way that USYers have been for almost 50 years...
Calling All Parents!
This 13-day trip to Israel will cover all the highlights of the
USY Israel Pilgrimage. From the Golan Heights in the North down to Masada in the South, we
will tour, pray, and sing our way through Israel. We will see Jewish history evolve from the First
and Second Temples in Jerusalem to the Hall of Independence in Tel Aviv, where David Ben-Gurion
declared the State of Israel. Through digging with our hands through 2,000 year old garbage at an
archaeological site and walking through the trenches at Ammunition Hill, we will explore the past
of our people while looking and learning about its present and future. We will spend two
Shabbatot in Israel, the first with the group in Jerusalem, and since the second one will be the
USYers' free weekend, you will be able to spend it with them.
Highlights include:
- Old City of Jerusalem
- Hall of Independence (in Tel Aviv)
- Masada and Ein Gedi
- Druze Village
- The Golan Heights
- Yad L'Kashish
- Free weekend with the USYers
