Nativ Staff

The Nativ program has its own director in Israel who is responsible for all aspects of the program and is available on a daily basis. In addition, there is a Nativ coordinator who assists with the daily operations of the program. There are also highly qualified madrichim (counselors) who live and work with the Nativers every day. There is approximately one madrich to every 15-20 Nativers. These counselors are selected on the basis of their Judaic and Israel backgrounds as well as their expertise in working with youth. Since the madrichim live in the dormitories, they are always available to assist with any problem, academic or social, that may arise over the course of the year.

Meet the Nativ 28 Staff:

Yossi is a graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and lives in Modi'in with his wife, Jen, and their three sons, Nadav, Eitan and Shai.
