Kickin' It Old School!

Heschel Session:
This morning's session featured a few components. Rabbi Jerome Epstein, Executive Vice President of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, inducted the members of the Abraham Joshua Heschel Honor Society. Those remarks were followed by a keynote presentation from Elisa Levin, sister of Michael Levin – a former USYer and Bogrei Nativ – who was killed this past summer while honorably serving in the Israeli Defense Forces. The program concluded with the presentation of the USY Alumni Award.
