President's Address/Monday Night Session:
Tonight's session included a number of speakers. Rabbi Vernon Kurtz, President of Mercaz USA, addressed the delegates, followed by the presentation of the USY Alumni Award to Dr. David Hakimian by Bob Sunshine, Co-Chair of the International Youth Commission. Awards were also given to those synagogues that participated in the home hospitality of USY on Wheels buses during 2004. Finally, Josh Nason, 2004 President, addressed the convention.
