USY International Convention #icnola Daily Update | December 25

As friends celebrated around the world today, we too had a reason to celebrate,
as we mark the end of a term and the beginning of new opportunities for USY.

As #icnola approaches its completion, it was time to take care of some business in the form of election of officers for 2014. Congratulations to the 2014 USY International Executive Board:

Our day ended just as it began: filled with music. IC Shaharit Live has become a staple each year and a highlight for many at International Convention. Delegates spend dedicated time – including their own free time – to learn chords and practice in unison. Their dedication to their craft comes through in the energy and excitement in the room as Shaharit becomes more than a prayer service, it becomes a time of joy and passion for the USYers. Click here to view a photo gallery from the program.

And what would a USY International Convention be without a little music and dancing the night away to cap off a great week!

Please check out some additional media coverage of our time at #icnola:

Thursday is our final day together, before we return to our local communities with the charge of bringing intensity and ruach of #icnola to our kehillot, local USY chapters and USY regions. We’ll also debut the #icnola commemorative video and announce the location for USY International Convention 2014. The Closing Session will be broadcast on Live Stream beginning at 11:15 a.m. Central Time.
